Airport welcome
Our guide will meet you at the airport with a warm welcome and escort you to your hotel for check-in.
Bike fitting
We’ll schedule a bike fitting at your convenience to ensure comfort and proper sizing. If you bring your own equipment, our professional mechanics will adjust the bike to your preferences.
Welcome dinner
Tour groups meet at a local restaurant for a welcome dinner to enjoy local cuisine, socialize and learn about our company. We'll also provide a briefing on the itinerary and key details.
Short transfer out of city
On the first day, our guide will pick you up from your hotel for a brief transfer out of the city, sharing history, customs and trip insights along the way.
Ride preparations
At the ride point, we’ll unload bikes and gear, refill your water bottles, and provide helmets for safety. Our guide will brief you on the route, rest stops and key tour details to ensure an enjoyable experience.
On the road
Our guide leads the way with a support vehicle close behind, offering water, snacks, fresh fruit and aircon. You can stop anytime for photos or local interactions. With first-aid trained guides, you’re in great hands!
Rest stop
Guides’ll organize opportunities for you to rest, regain the energy required to complete your tour. Rest stops can be at local cafes, coffee shops or right on the bus.
Lunch
We typically stop at local restaurants for lunch, introducing cyclists to unique and memorable meals. Occasionally, we picnic based on location but always strive to promote local cuisine.
En-route activities
During the tour, feel free to stop, chat with locals or explore. Our knowledgeable guides will share insights, introduce famous landmarks, uncover hidden gems and unbeaten paths of the countryside.
Overnight
Accommodation is included. After a long day on the bike, relax and enjoy the hotel facilities. At night, you can explore the city on your own or with our guide. Remember to rest up for the next morning!
