Brief Itinerary
In the morning, we’ll drive from Hanoi to Hoa Lu (2.5 hrs) to explore Vietnam's historic capital and ancient temples of the Le and Dinh Dynasties.
Then, cycle on picturesque, quiet roads through villages, rice fields, rivers and rocky outcrops to Tam Coc for lunch.
Afterward, take a sampan boat ride along the Ngo Dong River through “Inland Ha Long Bay,” passing 3 natural caves (Hang Ca, Hang Hai, and Hang Ba), the largest of which is 125m long with its ceiling about 2m high above the water.
After a short rest, return to the dock, cycle back to Tam Coc and board the bus to Hanoi.
